I work by appointment only.
My cancellation policy is non-negotiable and exceptions will not be made.
A credit card will now need to be on file before scheduling your appointment.
All payments will be made after your appointment ends.
Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that unanticipated events happen. I am very easy going, and understanding. If there is a need to cancel because of weather, family issues, illness, ACTS OF GOD, you get the idea, please call or text me at 765 299-1805. If you do not call or text you will be charged for your missed appointment. If you call right before your appointment time because you "cant" make it you will be charged for your appointment.
ILLNESS
Please do not come for your appointment at Peaceful Awakening Bodywork if you show ANY symptoms of a cold, flu, Covid-19, or any other communicable disease. If you are having any symptoms please cancel your appointment ASAP.
12 HOUR ADVANCED NOTICE IS REQUIRED when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 12 hours advance notice you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of your appointment.
NO-SHOWS
Anyone who does not show up for an scheduled appointment will be charged the FULL appointment cost.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late for your appointment your session will be shortened by your arrival time. No exceptions. I have a very strict schedule, and need to adhere to this schedule.
Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment you will be responsible for the FULL session. Out of respect and consideration please plan accordingly and be on time.
