If you have never had a massage before I will walk you through every step of the way. Answering questions, checking in with you, and helping you to relax, and enjoy the healing benefits of massage therapy.
All sessions include hot stones, and aromatherapy, if desired.
Techniques may include Light to Firm pressure Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Trigger Point Therapy.
My long flowing strokes, combined with the heat from hot stones, and my curated lotion, soften the muscle tissue and go deeper than traditional Swedish Massage. Making this a deeper pressure Swedish Massage.
